Study On The Influential Factors For Knowledge-absorbed Capacity Of Agency Enterprise In The Service Outsourcing

Under the era of knowledge economy along with economic integration, knowledge absorptive capability plays a greater role in the enterprise survival and expansion. As an agent enterprise,when it comes to the outsourcing service, knowledge absorptive capability acts as the critical factor of enterprise innovation and competitive advantage. The knowledge absorptive capability involves the important process of acquainting,assimilating and utilizing. The agent enterprise also needs to acquire valuable knowledge from the integration of knowledge, to promote the absorptive capability of members of enterprise,to optimize the cooperation between companies.China achieved rapid economic progress recently, but Chinese firms still lags behind some developed countries in new knowledge absorbing, which as the key factor of the survival and development of present agent companies.Under the background of outsourcing service, for the agent enterprises, to enhance competitiveness through knowledge learning is already become a hot research project.In this article,I take the knowledge absorptive capability of agent enterprise as the breakthrough point, on the basis of the existing documents, by analysis the content and classification of the knowledge-absorbed capacity.To inquire the related dimension of the knowledge-absorbed capacity which affect the enterprise and to investigate the relevant agency enterprise in Chongqing through questionnaire survey. My detailed analysis of some related factors which have an influence on knowledge absorptive capability of agency enterprise along with my feasible solution, which based on statistical methods such as factor analysis and correlation analysis combined with stereotypes and quantitative research.The paper discuss the influence mechanism of related knowledge absorptive capability of agency company in outsourcing service. The paper also put forward a hypothesis that the knowledge absorptive capability of the agency enterprise been consist of the ability to acquaint,to assimilate and to utilize the external knowledge. The knowledge absorptive capability of agent enterprise influenced by six factors such as the knowledge accumulation and learning capability of employee in addition to the principal trust between the client and the agency enterprise. Apart from the individual knowledge disparity of members, the enterprise should consider other factors such as the learning ability of employee, the degree of trust, communication mechanism and investment of research and development.Different factor weigh heavily on the knowledge absorption capability of agency enterprise differently, the learning ability of employee not only have an affect on the cognitive ability of the agency enterprise,but also related to the assimilation and utilization of new knowledge, which also influenced by the receptivity of the agency enterprise,the degree of the client trust,the effectiveness of communication mechanism and the investment of research and development of the company itself.On this basis, propose the underlying assumptions with empirical analysis.The argumentation verified statistically through the description of the relevant questionnaire and statistical analysis. In consequence, when it comes to the outsourcing service of agency enterprise, the knowledge absorptive capability of the agency enterprise influenced by several factors such as the learning ability of employee, the cognitive ability of the agency enterprise and the investment of research and development, which means the stronger the learning ability of employee and the investment into the research and development, the better the agency enterprise beneficial from the assimilation and utilization of new knowledge.
