| Under the background of the information globalization and knowledge economy,service outsourcing industry is increasingly becoming an important content of the impetus to the development of economy and the world industrial structure adjustment strategy.As a new management mode,service outsourcing becomes popular in many enterprises because it has many advantages,such as reducing business costs,improving efficiency,enhancing the strain capacity of external environment.China forms vast quantities of unique advantages to develop the service outsourcing industry in human resources,science and technology education resources.And our government at all levels has payed high attention to the development of service outsourcing industry.In September 2013,President Xi Jinping put forward to build the Silk Road economic belt which is a major historical opportunity for our country's economic and cultural overall development.Meanwhile,the idea further extends the development space of our country's service outsourcing industry.In the process of economic globalization,the market pressure outsourcing service enterprises in our country facing is increasing.The development of an enterprise need to innovate constantly to remain competitive.But as a result of generally weak absorptive capacity,the innovation in our country's outsourcing service enterprises has been disappointing.And innovation ability has become important factors that hindering the survival and the development of service outsourcing enterprises in China.At present,there is few theory about outsourcing service enterprises' innovation in our country.And most related research and theory are transplanted from foreign countries,while most studies abroad are based on the perspective of the outsourcer.Empirical research of the package that based on the China's actual situation from outsourcing's knowledge management angle is lack.Therefore,finding the key factors that influence the innovation capability of outsourcing service enterprises in China as well as the mechanism of action of these factors on innovation capability is key to improve absorptive capacity and achieve innovation.The main purpose of this study is to find the influence factors of outsourcing service enterprises' innovation capability from the perspective of knowledge management based on the actual situation of outsourcing industry in Shaanxi Province.It is not only beneficial to outsourcing service enterprises to better cognitive their own innovation capital,but also help them to improve their innovation capability consciously.Otherwise,it can help governments,regulators and other stakeholders to make decisions to promote the development of outsourcing service industry.Based on the research purposes above,this paper selects 116 software companies engaged in software outsourcing services business which has take part in the statistical work of the software industry in Shaanxi Province of 2013 as the research sample.Based on the related theories,empirical model is build to explore the path that knowledge resources' influence on the innovation capability.Using statistical analysis software SPSS18.0,the influence path of outsourcing service enterprises' internal and external knowledge resources for innovation capability is examined by hierarchical regression analysis.The results show that internal knowledge resources and external knowledge resources of outsourcing service enterprises have a direct positive effect on absorptive capacity.Meanwhile,internal knowledge resources,external knowledge resources affect absorptive capacity innovation ability directly.We also confirm the moderating role of absorptive capacity.Absorptive capacity has mediating effect between internal knowledge resources and innovation capability as well as external knowledge resources and innovation capability.Finally,combining with the research conclusions,it puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to promote the outsourcing service enterprises' innovation capability. |
