An Analysis On The Character And Economic Performance Of High-End Service Outsourcing

With the current economic globalization entering a new stage of development, Outsourcing services industry is becoming an important trend in globalization. After two decades of rapid development, the service outsourcing industry has a great size. At the beginning it relied on the ITO, and then the business extended to a higher lever-BPO and KPO. The Chinese State Council promulgated the "State Council on Encouraging the development of service outsourcing industry" to encourage the development of service outsourcing industry in China.This thesis summed up a wide range of study literatures at home and abroad to gain valuable research results. Then, we analyzed the content and features high-end outsourcing services, discussed the high-end outsourcing services from the point of value of knowledge, transaction costs and market competition policy. With using Resource-Based Theory, transaction cost theory and the theory of industrial organization, we get some conclusion is as follows:(1) With the studying of high-end outsourcing services for domestic and foreign scholars, this thesis given the definition of high-end outsourcing services, and analyzed the characteristics of it; (2) Analyzing the economic performance of high-end outsourcing from the perspective of knowledge value, and then get the analysis of the enterprise and the outsourcer Strategies; (3) Analyzing the high-end outsourcing services reach from the perspective of transaction cost, the transaction cost of high-end outsourcing is not only contains traditional transaction costs of outsourcing in general, but also includes unique cost, such as the cost of incomplete contracts and knowledge spillovers; (4) From the perspective of competition policy in the economic performance of high-end outsourcing services, we can find that the enterprises to adopt high-end outsourcing can not only improve the efficiency of enterprises, but also be good at consumers.
