| The mission statement is one of most important strategy tools in business management and the essential beginning when enterprises carry on the strategic plan, it make the enterprises understand what their goals are. Mission statements direct the direction for enterprise's development, through product, market and the choice of technical scope. At the same time, mission statements symbolize the enterprise culture, elaborate motion values and the behavior standard of enterprises. Finally, the mission statement is an effective media. These will make the enterprise pay attention in the motion, make good use of every resources to work, then enhance organization performance.Stakeholders theory thought that enterprise's survival and development depend on the resources which provided by various stakeholders. How to integrate these resources will affect enterprise's competitive advantages and performance. The mission statement can instruct the enterprise to pay attention to the important stakeholders, thus obtain important resources, help the enterprise to enhance the performance.This study examines the relationship between the degree of mission statement paying attention to stakeholders and the enterprise achievements,base on the predecessor's researches. At the same time, this study attempts to inquiry the mechanism mission statement function in the enterprise performance. Mission statements direct enterprises to pay attention to stakeholders, but this kind of direction can reflect to enterprise's performance finally through the concrete motions, therefore we has introduced the concept of corporation social responsibility.
