In the face of the fierce global competition,it is necessary for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility to realize their sustainable development strategy,to obtain consumer satisfaction and to realize their long-term interests.It is the best way that enhances organization market competition ability,such as improving company’s reputation,customers’ satisfaction and advancing brand and the business.It is very important to carry out the research on corporation social responsibility strategy,to seek new ideas and method to do things,and to explore the way to embed social responsibility in enterprise management decision and daily production management,to realize the management change of the corporate and ensure that the behavior standard of the corporate corresponding with the direction of the harmonious development of the society.T Company Yantai Plant actively fulfills the corporate social responsibility,and has made fulfilling the social responsibility as the key of the enterprise development strategy.By taking the Yantai factory of T Company as an example,in this text,the implementation of social responsibility strategy in factory is described in detail from the aspects of business ethics,environmental protection,employee development,safe production and community support,etc.Based on the employment engagement survey,questionnaire on employee engagement in community activities and the evaluation status of the relevant stakeholders,the characteristics and problems of implementing social responsibility strategy in Yantai factory of T Company are summarized.It is found that although Yantai plant has a strong sense of social responsibility and relatively policies,there is no systematic communication,comprehensive management and supervision system.Therefore,many problems have been shown in the effect of corporate social responsibility.Based on this,the study puts forward some suggestions and supporting measures.In order to advance the strategy of fulfilling social responsibilities,enterprises should not only change the traditional management system,but also start with management,increase investment in employee development and improve customer service.We should also fully consider the expectations and requirements of key stakeholders,strengthen communication mechanisms and create shared values.Adhere to the strategy of sustainable development,constantly improve the environmental management in the process of production and operation,ensure the long-term development together with local community.Foreign invested enterprises pay more attention to the long-term benefit obtained through the performance of social responsibilities.To assume corporate social responsibility as a part of the daily work of an enterprise,fulfilling corporate social responsibility can improve the core competitive ability of an enterprise.The corporate values formed by the practice of social responsibility will enhance the sense of belonging,honor and pride of employees,enhance the loyalty of employees,and enhance the cohesion of enterprises.The key advantage to implementing the corporate social responsibility strategy is to improve the level of internal management and further enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
