Research On CSR Realization Mechanism Based On Two Types Of Society Backgrounds

With the emergence of enterprise negative news, the community's demands for corporate social responsibility (CSR) is more and more intense, scholars' have more rational understanding of CSR. The current CSR is different from the early period of a single economic goal, but also different from the enterprise-run community, it is a more mature understanding of it. However, this understanding has not been universally accepted, the current corporate social responsibility performance is not so satisfactory, absence of social responsibility in various industries happened from time to tome. How to improve the enterprise consciousness and performances of responsibility requires the government, enterprises and society to work together. Two types of society brought about both opportunities and challenges, especially put forward higher request for our enterprises to transform economic growth mode from extensive growth to a sustainable development. This is the inevitable choice for enterprise development, and also enriches the content and scope of CSR.In this paper, after combing the literature it concluded that under the Construction of two types of social background, content of CSR should be divided into three levels:internal social responsibility for shareholders, employees; external social responsibility for consumer, supply chain, peers, community and government; two types of social responsibility for the environment and resources. And then build a social responsibility performance evaluation system based on the three levels, conducted a survey on the performance of corporate social responsibility in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan according to the evaluation system, found existing problems. Analyzed the possible reasons for these problems and using statistical software to validate these assumptions. Study found that the CSR performance is mainly determined by the corporate growth stage, business ownership, business listing or not, firm size and other factors, but only corporate growth stage and firm size affect two types of social responsibility. Finally, with a case study of the local chemical company Hunan, Resun, it came to a conclusion that four levels of CSR to promote the implementation mechanism:consciousness level, system level, implementation level and supervision and evaluation level.
