The Research On Realization Mechanism Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract:Enterprise which plays an important role to promote the development of the society is the most active components of social economic system. Enterprises should consider the impact on the society, when thry do some decisions and actions. In the process of accelerating our country’s modern enterprise system construction, the enterprise often damages the interests of the public and the society. The fulfill-ment of corporate social responsibility is worth worrying., as a result, corporate social responsibility issues have to cause our attention and reflection.This study explores corporate social responsibility realization mechanism. This paper studied the theory about the corporate social responsibility realization mechanism, tried to do some some efforts to benefit to guide the practice of corporate social responsibility. We study the theory of corporate social responsibility, and determined the corporate social responsibility and the connotation of corporate social responsibility realization mechanism. This paper combed the development of the corporate social responsibility theory research and the current research status of corporate social responsibility realization mechanism. This paper analyzed the development trend of the research on corporate social responsibility, to determine the direction of this study.Corporate social responsibility can promote to promote the efficiency of enterprise operation, and ensure the realization of the interests of the enterprise itself. At the same time, the process of enterprises to perform social responsibility, as a social citizen fulfills responsibility ethics, that reveals the social fairness and justice. China is a long history of the country. The ideas and practices of corporate social responsibility afford an evidence of the feasibility to promote modern enterprise social responsibility construction.Cognitive-Behavioral-Evaluate, the logic of management, is applied to analyse the corporate social responsibility realization mechanism. According to the theory of corporate social responsibility connotation, the model of corporate social responsibility is established, the dimensions of corporate social responsibility survey are defined, and using the method of empirical research, corporate social responsibility are Divided into five dimensions analysis, namely, economic responsibility, liability, the marketing chain, the community responsibility and environmental responsibility. Then, this paper applies the method of empirical to research the driving mechanism of corporate social responsibility, and tests internal and external factors driving role of corporate social responsibility.This paper uses the game theory, evolutionary theory and system theory, to discuss the influence of reputation mechanism on corporate social responsibility cognition, Operating means and methods of corporate social responsibility, the self-organizing process of corporate social responsibility, Strategic integration and reassurance of corporate social responsibility. Index of corporate social responsibility evaluation mechanism, which contain the cognition, behaviors, management and social responsibility performance of corporate social responsibility implementation effect is established.The research on corporate social responsibility mechanism provides enlightenment for the social responsibility of management. Enterprises should attach importance to managers of the role of corporate social responsibility, improve the enterprise’s own social responsibility, and take social responsibility in the operation and management behavior. Enterprises should establish social responsibility evaluation mechanism, the realization of corporate social responsibility.
