Study On Investment Risks Of The Grain Industry Logistics Park In Shijiazhuang

The economic globalization and the development of modern science andtechnology make great contribution in logistics industry’s prosperity.Logistics park is the emerging product in the modern logisticsdevelopment,and it is becoming more and more important in the logisticsindustry’s development in China. The construction of logistics parkcontributes to the realization of logistics industry’s specializationand scale,play the overall advantages,produce scale effects,and promotesthe progress of the logistic industry fundamentally,and finally drivesthe development of the regional economic.The investment and construction of logistics park has significantfeatures of high investment intensity,long construction period and moreuncertainties,which brings tremendous risk to the investment andconstruction of logistics park.So it is very necessary to do the analysisof the losistics park’s investment risk.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainlyelaborates the background and significance of the research,and thensummarizes the research achievements in food logistics and food industrylogistics park.Then,the second chapter discussed some theories on theinvestment risk of logistics park.It makes some concepts related to theinvestment risk of logistics park and it’s features clear.And then threemethods that is widely used in the study on investment risk,includingexpert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process,and fuzzy synetheticevaluation method.The third chapter gives an introduction of the grain industry logistics park in Shijiazhuang.It gives a detailed analysis ofthe traffic location and economic area of the grain industry logisticspark,and it gives a fundamental analysis and forecast of the marketconditions of this logistics park,which provides the basis for theback.The fourth chapter first explains the purposes of riskidentification and some methods for identifying.Then some possibleinvestment risks that the grain industry logistics park in Shijiazhuangmay face are listed,including natural risks,economic risks,policyrisks,manage risks and social risks,and then every risk is analyzed indetail.The fifth chapter makes some further study on the theoretical basisof chapter four.The five kinds of risks are carefully campared and theindex system of the investment risk of the grain industry logistics parkin Shijiazhuang is build by using the method analytic hierarchyprocess.And then the thesis uses the fuzzy synthetic evaluation methodto do the risk assessment of this logistics park.The sixth part makes aconclusion of the achievements of this thesis,it also points out someinadequacies and direction of in-depth study.
