Research On Quality Service Evaluation System Of Power Company In Intelligent Smart Grid Environment

With China's implementation of the new power reform system, the electric company is necessary to continuously improve the power supply service level, improve the service quality and carry out the power supply service quality evaluation activity to find out the problems existing in the service and various factors influencing quality of service. Power companies must adhere to customer-centric, pay attention to the public interest, and clarify the service purpose to win customer trust with quality service. However, intelligent power grid just can improve power company's service effect effectively.The electric company can supply better service for customers, achieve standard of superior quality service and improve service quality through advantages of intelligent network.This article, aiming at the characteristics of electric power company through research of power company service status, summarizes the power company quality service evaluation method and its application in electric power company.Based on insufficient of power company service index system owing to the current smart grid construction, according to different analysis content, with various aspects of the indexes, establishes quality service evaluation index system for electric power company complying with its own characteristics. It puts forward a multidimensional overall framework of power company quality service evaluation based on internal management,directly serve customers and the user visual combining with the index system. In this analysis framework, the paper selects a suitable weight determining method and confirms weights of main indexes firstly, further constructs an evaluation model combining power company actual situation, finally evaluates power company service quality with the evaluation model. It can make empirical analysis, the results will provide more detailed and valuable judgement basisfor for policy makers.
