Employees'payment satisfaction is of great significance for the effective allocation of human resources, utilization of manpower capital and the improvement of competitiveness, performance and vitality of enterprises. Due to the industry and human resource particularities of state-owned construction enterprises, the meaning is particularly important. Through researches and analyses on employees'payment satisfaction, it is favorable for speeding up SOE reform process of this type of enterprises and the overall implementation of modern enterprise management. However, with the gradual maturing operation of enterprise system and market mechanism, more problems are reflected in salaries and employees'payment satisfaction of state-owned construction enterprises. Impact and performance of individual differences in payment satisfaction become increasingly obvious and prominent, which restricts the enterprises development and personnel stability.In this paper, the perspectives of theoretical analysis and empirical research are combined in relationship study of individual personality, personal attributes, corporate property with payment satisfaction, through employees'payment satisfaction survey of a certain state-owned construction enterprise as an example. In the investigation, the significant differences comparison and correlation analyses between factors as gender, education, working life, job category, company location, and personal values with five components of payment satisfaction dimensions are separately analyzed to explore the issue of state-owned construction enterprises employees'payment satisfaction.This study reveals that education, working life, job category arid company location can cause significant differences in payment satisfaction; personal values and payment satisfaction are negatively correlated. Further comparisons among staff in different attributes indicate that the payment satisfaction level of highly educated staff and employees with longer working life is distinctly lower than that of lower-front-line staff and employees in undeveloped-region-located companies. Personal attitudes about money in general tend to be positive, therefore, the more obvious the positive attitude held by a person, the lower the payment satisfaction will be meanwhile, conclusions draw from this research on state-owned construction enterprises employees'payment satisfaction come to targeted measures and suggestions in refining and perfecting state-owned construction enterprises'payment system, improving their employees'payment satisfaction, and providing references and help to accelerating SOE reform smoothly.
