This year,We are celebrating the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,The construction industry in China has developed rapidly in the past 70 years,which has promoted the significant growth of the national economy.As a pillar industry,the onstruction industry has been promoted continuously.If the construction enterprises want to be invincible in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to improve our own Informatization application level.,especially the characteristics of construction enterprises with lots of spots and a wide range of fields.The traditional human resource management mode of corporate administrative affairs can not meet the needs of enterprises to optimize organizational processes,motivate employees,and realize lasting competitiveness.In order to achieve the above objectives,enterprises need to introduce advanced management concepts,and gradually Step into the vision of the enterprise based on the information platform of electronic-Human Resource.but the core of the implementation of electronic-Human Resource is to establish its own e-HR system.How to set up a set of e-HR system which is suitable for the management needs of construction enterprises has become the key to the success or failure of enterprise electronic-Human Resource.Taking the application of e-HR system as the research object,aiming at improving the concept of human resource management and improving the level of human resource management and control,this paper studies the e-HR system by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and combining with the application cases of e-HR system in a large state-owned construction enterprise.The main work is as follows:1.By collecting and researching the literature,this paper expounds from the theoretical level why the research on electronic-Human Resource has to be done,summarizes the background of the research on electronic-Human Resource,and puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of this research topic.Combining with the research and application of electronic-Human Resource at home and abroad,thispaper gives out what is electronic-Human Resource and the development course of electronic-Human Resource.2.(By)Studying the characteristics of the construction industry,the practical difficulties of human resource management in the construction industry is put forward;through the analysis and study of the management difficulties,the solution of building electronic-Human Resource is given,and the role of electronic-Human Resource is analyzed.Through the analysis of the development of electronic-Human Resource,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the application of e-HR system in large state-owned construction enterprises,and the raising of these problems points out the direction for further research.3.The background of a large state-owned construction enterprise and the current situation of human resource management are illustrated for the specific case study.The reason why the enterprise should apply the e-HR system is explained.Through the discussion of the implementation process of the e-HR system in the case enterprise,it can be used as a reference for other enterprises in applying the e-HR system.The evaluation of the application of each module of e-HR system in case enterprises and the overall application effect can make readers clearly feel the benefits of e-HR system application,and can strengthen the determination of other enterprises in the development of human resource management informationelectronic-Human Resource.The problems existing in the application of e-HR system in the case enterprises are summarized,and corresponding solutions are given.4.Based on the combination of the above theory and practice,summarizes the research results of this paper,gives the general enterprise e-HR system development steps by three periods of “Before,Middle and After”,and elaborates the key elements of the system development in detail.These research results have a strong reference significance for similar enterprises to carry out e-HR system development,can enable similar enterprises to grasp the key points of system development better,avoid duplication of work and make less detours.The research results of this paper have played a positive role in promoting thedevelopment of electronic-Human Resource.At the same time,it can provide some reference and support for other construction enterprises in electronic-Human Resource,thus promoting the development of electronic-Human Resource in the whole construction industry and enhancing the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
