With the rapid development of China's life insurance industry and increasing competition; how to improve customer service management capabilities and enhance the competitive power of the insurance company have become the issues of the Chinese-funded life insurance companies have to face。In this paper, Sino-life Insurance Company as a research object, Firstly, it introduces the Sino-life Insurance Company and the current customer service management situation, then it analyze the main problems including the institution of customer management, the ability of creation, the system of customer service, the honesty and credibility system,the customer relationship management.Secondly, based on the analysis of major domestic insurance companies and foreign-invested insurance companies in customer service management experience, this. article proposes a series of measures that the sino-life insurance company should take: consummating and setting the institution of customer service management; improving the ability of creation; setting up effective and efficient system of customer service;the establishment of honesty and credibility system about the sino-life insurance company; exerting the positive effects of customer relationship management。This thesis is useful as reference for bettering competitive power of the sino-life Insurance company and improving the customer service management capabilities, It also finds feasible ways for improving the level of customer service management for other Chinese insurance company.
