Since the reform and opening up,China's insurance industry has developed rapidly,and its contribution to the macro economy has been rising.Claim settlement service is an important link in the competition of insurance companies.How to effectively improve the service of claims is of great importance to the further development of life insurance companies in China.This paper combined with the current situation of X life insurance company claim service development,through the establishment of claim service customer satisfaction index system,carries on the related questionnaire survey.Then using SPSS software to describe the relevant data to ensure its credibility,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight and comprehensive evaluation,using yaahp software to find out the weight of the high value of the index,That is to find out the factors that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction of claim settlement service,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out comprehensive evaluation.According to the result of comprehensive evaluation,the main problems existing in the settlement of claims service in X life insurance company are pointed out.Finally,combining with the specific situation of X life insurance company's claim service,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the specific claim service,so as to enhance the customer's satisfaction with the settlement service.
