With the aggravate competition from the insurance trades, it's always a central issue how to improve the insurance company service. It is recognized that an insurance company should enhance its competitive ability by means of an advanced customer service strategy and therefore the existing customer service system must be improved correspondently.In this thesis, taking AA Life Insurance Company as an object of study, on the basis of introducing its customer service satisfactory degree investigation table, the inner problems existed in customer service system are revealed and then a quantitative analysis can be made with the thirteen months continuing index to show a descent status of its customer service quality.In addition, according to the figure scaled in proportion as this company...
