Team management and inspiration has been gradually paid highly attention in the worldwide and become the hot point since 1980, the study and construction of which, as the newly-developed field of enterprises'management and organizational reform, has become the significant strategic port of new organization and team, and is being received and accepted. Obviously, times and social environmental change has pushed its rapid development. According to the statistics from the American magazine named TRAINING, over 70% organizations hold their own teams, these of which have the higher self-management skills hold the more teams.The competition among enterprises of the current society is the competition of the talents, while the human resource development is a significant strategic factor for the daily operation of the enterprises ,however, the play of the role of the human resource development crucially depends on attracting the talents effectively through the team management and incentive tactics.The study of team management and incentive tactics has been a hot point in the human resource study field in recent years, of which most studies from inside and outside china focus on the study of partial and portion factors, while the study of combination of team management and incentive is comparatively scarce. On one hand, the team quality needs enhancing and uplifting wholly, on the other hand, which whether the quality of the HR manager himself could meet the requirement is a problem needs to be solved. On which, bases on the successful mode of related enterprise, under the directions of relevant theories of team management and incentive, this thesis focuses on the study of the establishment and assessment of related evaluation system in the CLA project.The thesis comprises of 6 chapters, the first chapter of which focuses on the introduction of background and significance of the title, the second chapter introduces the theoretical introduction of the team management and incentive, the third chapter introduces the current condition of CLA project, project team and its incentive, pivots on the formation of the project, the actual significance, the organization and the responsibility Division of the team. The forth chapter attaches on the formation of evaluation system of the CLA project team management and incentive, on the basis of the prior chapters, brings out team management and incentive mode, and assessment factors combined with the actual operation, meanwhile, establishes evaluation system through the breakdown, and the method of KPI and PBC. The above-mentioned chapter and the next one is the key focus of this thesis, and also the starting point and foothold. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the operation tactics of the team management and incentive, of which, different tactics and the key methods would be brought out according to the different phases. The last chapter focuses on conclusion and inspirations, on trying the operation of the evaluation system, the defects would be showed, and the improvement would be brought out.The key innovative point lies in the next 3 aspects, first of which, probing into the possibility and methods of adopting related modes and incentive methods to the CLA project, on the theoretical basis of systematic study of team management and incentive. Secondly, takes CLA project as a case, combines all kinds of managerial and incentive tactics, sets up the project management and incentive evaluation system, and a feedback system of management target evaluation-tactics initial proposal-tactics discussion-tactics trial-tactics execution collection-tactics reassessment and readjustment-tactics execution, to ensure the evaluation system has its own way to alter team management and incentive and reach the target of team incentive tactics serve effectively the project. Thirdly, complies with generation and reflects its specialty. This thesis is not only in compliance with the general study method, but adopts the combination method of theory and actual condition, to make the study highlight its direction and practicality.
