With the development of global economy has improved, especially the BRICs and the new economic growth area is developing more and more quickly, the problem of talent shortage is becoming more and more serious, the developed countries in Europe and America need of developing human resources, vigorously network talents in these areas, a large number of outstanding talents in foreign paid to poach. Especially the new joined the company a year or so employees, particularly high turnover rate, especially those with a team spirit, able to work under pressure of the employee, is favored by foreign enterprises, in order to retain staff, it is necessary to enhance team cohesion, improve the company’s organizational socialization tactics.In this paper, organizational socialization tactics on the basis of the study, for the first time on organizational socialization tactics and team cohesion between researches, from these previous studies we can assume individual-team match between organizational socialization tactics and team cohesion relations plays a mediating role. In this paper, through the issuance of more than200copies of questionnaire, especially on organizational socialization tactics and team cohesion of the empirical study of the relationship. By using the structural equation model for individual and team matches the mediating effects were demonstrated, on the individual, team match intermediary function argument though is in our predecessors have made great contributions on the basis of the further study. Comparison of the accuracy of the organizational socialization tactics effect on group cohesion results.Through the model, we find that, collectively, formal, orderly, fixed, continuous, authorized organizational socialization tactics on employee individual, team match feeling positive effect. At the same time, individual, team match in the organizational socialization tactics effect on group cohesion plays a very important role as a bridge, organizational socialization tactics of every dimension affects individuals--team match.But based on the study of organizational socialization tactics, individual, team match, team cohesion relations, only consider is the relationship between them three, three for their effects on other factors, or other factors of these three effects were not good consideration. Individual and team match between organizational socialization tactics and team cohesion play an intermediary role between, but it produces intermediary role is the origin of what now is not very clear, so the study of individual, team match intermediary effect principle and process is very meaningful.
