In recent years, with the rapid development of China's market economy, competition has become the main theme of the market. Bank is the source of the modern enterprise, competition in its industry is becoming more and more intense. In face of the environment with intense competition, survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest, China's commercial banks are studying how to dominate the market and win business, and how to enhance the core competitiveness of the grass-roots organizations. In this paper, we use one of the branch bank of Xi'an L bank in China as an example, then we analysis the achievements and problems since the branch business model changed in 2007, and put forward some useful suggest solutions.First, this paper studied a number of domestic and foreign literatures, summed up the team's basic theory, basic types and the practical application of theory in the team's performance. Meanwhile, the paper also studied the basic ideas of motivation theory and two basic assumptions of motivation theory, it also include the existing representative theory of motivation. According to the purpose of team building and its independent authority, the team has been divided into different problem-solving teams, self-managed teams, self-managed teams and functional teams. There are many categories of motivation theory, this article summarizes some of the incentive theory, including:(1) transaction cost theory; (2) principal-agent theory; (3) property rights theory; (4) X-efficiency theory. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current state of the banking and visit the external business environment of the branch. The paper deeply analyzes the current team business model of the branch and incentives system. The paper analyzes the reason that the team business model brought good performance to the branch since it's reformed in 2007. At the same time, the paper analyzes the reason of the current incentive mechanism leading to the decline in growth performance in recent years. And diagnose the existing single incentive in the branch, analyze its strengths and weaknesses, identify the crux of the problem.Finally, the article attempts to learn from the advanced incentive mechanism and business strategy in small and medium joint-stock banks, use its measure to solve the plight of the branch. Under the conditions of existing infrastructure in the branch, we put forward to improve incentives for recruitment and selection, and improve the salary incentive system. Then we optimize the incentive system, and hope that through the reform of incentive systems, to activate the human resources management again. Then finally fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, improve team performance.
