Economic globalization brings a series of new challenges for enterprises to participate in the competition. In order to help enterprises to deal with increasingly fierce competition in the market, this paper studied the selection of enterprise co-competition model under different industries and the construction of strategic alliance under the condition of economic globalization, based on the theoretical and empirical combination method. And the conclusion was followed:1. Economic globalization has greatly changed the enterprise the competitive environment, puts forward new requirements for enterprises to participate in the competition. The traditional competition has not adapted to the needs of modern competition, it is only through co-competition, competitors can enhance the competitive ability. There are several reasons:Co-competition favors the enterprise resources disposition, and improve the social resources allocation efficiency, Co-competition promotes enterprise's system competition, helps enterprises to realize economies of scale and scope economy. Co-competition promotes technology progress. co-competition conduces to build the integrity of business environment.2. Under the different industries background, the mode of Co-competition pattern is also different. In the same industry, industrial enterprises in different locations, enterprise's own ability and the resources of different enterprises to participate in the competition will also affect the way. This paper divides different industry into five categories according to the prouduct, value chain and knowledge chain of three different industrial chain shape classification, studies enterprise Co-competition model in different industries. Resource leading industry, leading enterprises establish co-petition strategies should be adopted in mergers primarily, equity strategic alliances complementary; Customers leading industry, the downstream enterprises may adopt the purchase way to enhance its downstream control, The upstream enterprise should compose enterprise strategic alliance to enhance their technical innovation ability and the bargaining power; R&D leading industry feasible to take strategic alliances, including technical innovation strategy alliance and other forms of strategic alliance, In brand leading industry,virtual enterprise is the most common form; With knowledge chain as the main characteristic industry can adopt R&D alliances and production marketing alliance, through the system competition to improve its competitive ability.3. This paper study how enterprises to participate in the co-competition based on strategic alliance. Discussed the construction of strategic alliance enterprises in the steps and risk control mechanism, we obtained following respects:Enterprises should firstly establish core competition ability, pinpoint the strategic positioning; According to the strategic orientation, select the appropriate alliance enterprises, realize the core competence of the extension; In the process of choice, alliance should choose proper union form; In union running, enhancing mutual trust alliance enterprises and cultural assimilation, make effective coalition agreement, and build a reasonable interest distribution mechanism.
