Economic globalization has changed world economy's total situation and the methods of operation and is still changing. Globalization makes world trade to increase greatly and the rate of trade has already surpassed the rate of world production. The globalization of capital flow also increase greatly within world range by international financial transaction. Globalization also let the MNE play the main role for modern world economy development and let the world production become more integration. International labor division and international competitiveness has been surpassed out of boundaries of one's country by economic globalization in order to allocate resources in the world. The main role of competing together is MNE instead of each country's government. The competitiveness between MNE again concentrate on the core competitiveness of MNE. This is a kind of imperfect market competing.From 1979 to 2004, the annual GDP growth rate reached 9.4% in China, which is the fastest in the world. The annual growth rate of foreign trade is 18% and the total amount of FDI which is employed in the mainland of China, has exceeded US$600 billion. From the perspective of foreign trade dependency, China has already been the most open country in terms of developing countries all over the world. China's rapid growth has attracted more and more attention. To some extent, the rapid growth of china depends most on the reform of the countryside and the unbelievable speed of the development of the non-state-owned enterprises there has pushed the growth of china's economy in the 1980si and the government's policy on attracting FDI as well as sparing no efforts to enlarge the exports leads the growth in the 1990's. But these days, people have more worries than before by the fact of dependency of FDI of other country to push the economic growth in China and by the fact of stronger competitiveness of MNE than China's own company. People pay lots of attention to the China local enterprises whether they can challenge the MNE...
