The salary management is the core of HRM. Under the market economy conditions, the market competition is ultimately the competition of talents. The salary management plays an important role in attracting, encouraging and keeping talents, and also in achievements of strategic goals for companies. In order to meet staff's needs and attract the talents, the company must set up new salary concepts, design reasonable and effective salary system with scientific means, so as to improving the work efficiency and strengthening the companies'competition.The research object of this paper is the headquarters of Zhong Ping Energy Chemical Construction Engineering Group. With the guidance of modern salary concepts, the paper designs such a salary management system which treats inside fairly, competes strongly outside, and encourages the staff effectively. The design includes the following contents:formulation of salary strategy, implementation of post evaluation, design of salary structure, the performance assessment and so on. The research results will guide the salary management of Zhong Ping Energy Chemical Construction Engineering Group, and become an reference to the salary reformation for our subsidiaries.The paper contains five parts:the first part is introduction, introducing the research background, aim, significance, trend and characteristics of salary management. The second part provides a principle guidance and a theory basic for salary design of the corporation. The third part analysis the status of salary management, and finds out the problems in old system. The forth part is the core of the paper, it designs the salary system of above corporation which can improve the staff's enthusiasm and creativity, considering the factors such as post, post duties, the staff's actual work performances and so on. The final part is the salary implementation and security.
