The headquarter of X Group is located in Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province.In recent years,with the development of headquarter business,it is urgent to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees in the enterprise and bring in external professionals.Because of the salary problem,not only failed to bring in external talent,but internal excellent staff turnover.In order to improve the competitiveness and attractiveness of X Group Headquarter salary,the salary management system reform is urgent.Based on the research of compensation theory,this thesis introduces the basic situation of X Group Headquarter,summarizes and analyzes the general situation of X Group Headquarter salary management,and then finds out the problems of X Group Headquarter salary management.Through questionnaires,interviews and other work,further in-depth X Group Headquarters pay structure,employee satisfaction,pay internal consistency and external competitiveness,employee promotion channels and other multi-dimensional analysis,the author holds that the internal distribution of salary is unfair,the external competitiveness is low in the market,and the idea of salary payment is unscientific.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the problems existing in the salary management of X Group Headquarter,the salary management system based on post value is made clear,and the mixed salary level strategy and the high and stable salary structure strategy are adopted,and through the external salary survey,job rank system,job value evaluation,salary level anchor,salary management system reform and other work design and implementation of X Group Headquarters salary management system.Through the completion and promotion of salary management system design,X Group Headquarter has changed the phenomenon of inequity and weak external competition in the past,and has played a vital role in introducing talents and business development.The newly designed compensation management system has standardized the position-based compensation management system in X Group Headquarter,providing a fair promotion platform for the growth of headquarter staff,in the business development needs of key positions toprovide a very competitive salary level,with a higher market competitiveness.It is concluded that the design of compensation management system of X Group Headquarters can make organizational strategy preparation for the realization of the strategic development goal of X Group Headquarters,and provide reference template for the design of compensation management system for the restructuring units of X Group For the same type of enterprises to provide compensation management system design reference,especially the establishment of a short time,the lack of incentive and competitive compensation management of state-owned enterprises to provide reference.
