Research On The Schedule Planning Of Petroleum Technology Service Project Group

With the rapid development of domestic petroleum technology service enterprise, the ability of construction and investment has been largely enhanced, larger in scale, more complex technology, and the form of project group is also beginning to appear in the petroleum exploration and exploitation technology service project. Therefore, single project management is difficult to adapt to the current development situation of enterprise, project group management has started to become an important management mode. Project group schedule management is the most important part of project group management, and the first step of schedule management is schedule planning, so formulating well the project group schedule plan is good for the schedule management. For this reason, this paper combines petroleum technology service industry to study how to formulate the schedule plan of project group, and provides theoretical and methodological guidance for project group schedule management of this company.Based on the single project schedule planning theory and method, and the project group characteristics of petroleum technology service enterprise, this paper did research on the method and process of project group schedule planning. First, according to the general definition and characteristics of the project group, the paper analyzed the connotation and characteristics of petroleum technology service technology project group, and considered that the problems of project group schedule planning should contain resource constraints, cascading effect and managers'little experience of coordination, and discussed the influencing factors of schedule planning from three aspects that are the project itself, internal and external conditions of project group. Secondly, by comparison of the traditional schedule compiling method, the paper chose the critical path method (CPM) and the critical chain method (CCM), proposed the integrated approach, relied on project management software–Project 2003 as a method of project group schedule planning support, and designed four steps of compiling process: the determination of the critical path, the balance of resources, the recognition of critical chain and the setting of buffer. Thirdly, the paper also detaily designed this step: using Project 2003 to determine the critical path, using network graph topology calendar method to achieve the balance of nature resource bottleneck, designing three-step method of critical chain recognition, and designing improved out variance method to set the buffer. Finally, the paper combined with example and validated that the designed process and method can achieve the schedule planning of petroleum technology service project group, and it has certain practical value.
