George Elton Mayo, the founder of behavioral sciences, conducted the Hawthorne studies in his human relationship research and proposed hypothesizes about the informal organization. The informal organization is a self-organization system which belongs to a formal corporation organization. With existence of informal organization, scholars conduct research according to needs of society.The article studies the concept, development and influence of informal organization. We conduct the research on the informal organization in the GDYZH company and apply flexible management method in the informal organization. The informal organization has characteristics about instability, randomness, non-binding, mind and hidden ownership. According our research, the informal organization exists in the GDYZH company. The organization meets the needs of employees'feeling. Employees delivery information frequent, fast, non-binding. So the informal organization will be the supporting information tools for the formal channel of communication. In the enterprise management system implementation, the negative impact of the informal organization is not obvious. On this basis, the appropriate management strategy are proposed. Business leaders should be correct, fully aware of impact of the informal organization business. They should recognize and integrate into the enterprise in the informal organization. They should know the employees need through communication with employees and support the activities of the informal organization with material conditions. Companies should establish a formal channel of communication to smooth avoid the prevalence of gossip. The channel also can give employees an environment, to improve the good communication. Companies should promote the learning knowledge in the organization and facilitate the informal organization to smooth information exchange and mutual learning, and create a "learning" atmosphere in the enterprise.Enterprises should be the "corporate culture " construction as the focus of business, find their orientation, culture their feature. Companies should make employees identify with and belonging to the enterprise which can avoid the negative business impact of informal organizations.
