Construction Development Multi-Project Management Model Research Based On PMO

As the telecommunications industry split times, the competition becomes fierce every day. Increasingly saturated in today's communication needs, through cooperation with new construction project to expand its coverage of telecommunications networks, has become the focus of telecom companies to compete. Improving the management level of new construction development projects is the only way to make Beijing Unicom in an invincible position in the competition. This study suggests that in order to strengthen the supervision and control of the construction development, and improve the quality of completion of projects, it is necessary to introduce advanced project management theory, planning and control the project, optimize and coordinate public resources of the enterprise, and improve project management of the development projects. Based on the above thoughts and the features of construction development project, using modern project management system this thesis studies and designs construction development project multi-project management.This paper studies the management of multiple project management theory, especially in Project Management Office (PMO) of project management theory. Meanwhile, the author integrates her own tasks, in-depth research in the enterprise, tracking construction development project to confirm the feasibility and superiority of a combination of both. Design the multi-project management of construction development both overall and in detailed. The first chapter, describes the background of the thesis, dissertation research significance, research method and research content; second chapter introduces the multi-project management theory and methods, including PMO and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP); third chapter describes the content and features of construction development project, analyzed the feasibility of applying the multi-project management theory for construction development project, analyzed requirement focus of construction project, the establishment of a multi-construction development project management model; Chapter IV, designed the organization of multi-construction development project management, construction PMO and design of the PMO functions from seven aspects; final summary of the text, draw conclusions.Hope that through these research efforts, can improve the status of construction development project management, expand the application of multi-project management theory and make some contribution to project management development.
