Study On Post Evaluation Of Indoor Coverage And Repeater Project In Z Company

Post project evaluation,as a closed loop node of project management,is very important in the management of communication projects.Evaluation of development at home and abroad based on literature analysis reviewed the project evaluation theory,through the study of the project,after an overview of the significance of the evaluation,principles,contents,basis of post project evaluation index system building process,level division,index selection and other related theories,build the evaluation index system of Z company indoor coverage and repeater project.The focus of this study is based on the evaluation of three aspects of project objectives,project benefit and project technology based on the built post evaluation system.The technical aspects of the project construction technology and 3G compatibility was evaluated,evaluation found that project scheme is reasonable;efficiency was evaluated on the two aspects of customer value growth and project financial evaluation index,the evaluation found that this project has a good economic benefit;the target realization degree and investment rationality of three aspects of site construction,network evaluation with rationality the goal of the project,the evaluation found that project objectives achieved better.At the end of this paper,the conclusion of the post evaluation of the indoor coverage project is summarized and the suggestions are put forward,and the possible direction for the next phase of the study is put forward.
