It is not necessary that the input in training of enterprises be transformed the improvement of the performance automatically; the training effectiveness is restricted and influenced by factors in many aspects such as individuals, organizations, the training systems and effect evaluation.This paper reviews and analyzes the literature and the theory on factors influencing training effectiveness and training evaluation. Through the questionnaire investigation ,the paper explore the factors that influence the training effectiveness in the practical research.Then it carries on the case analysis on behavior level evaluation of training effectiveness.On the base,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve effectiveness.In the empirical research on training effectiveness influence factors in the enterprises, the study limits the influence factors for individual factor, organization factor and training system factor three aspects. The individual factor includes self-efficacy, study impetus, cognitive style and ability; the organization factor includes training demand and goals design, training transfer atmosphere; the training system factor includes training content and method, teaching power. It finds out that each dimension in the individual factor, organization factor as well as training system factor has remarkable correlation with training effectiveness. Among them, there exit remarkable cause and effect relations between the training content and methods, training transfer atmosphere, study impetus ,teaching power, personal ability and the training effectiveness. In addition, this research has analyzed the influence of population statistic variable on each factor. In the case analysis, the study evaluates the staff's behavior in one department of BY corporation by before-after test and gets some significant conclusion.
