F company is the leading enterprises of Guangxi sugar industry, also come out in front in China’s sugar enterprises, is a typical Thai joint venture company. The sugar industry market relatively late, the relative lack of talent, but also with the production technology requirements, safety requirements, environmental protection requirement higher characteristic, therefore, internal training becomes an effective way to guarantee the supply of sugar enterprise talents under the market economy. Especially in recent years, with the domestic labor costs rise, how to cultivate high quality staff to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs become human resources management department of the company an important task. Although F company invested a lot of money on training, but after training, the staffs quality, performance and other aspects can not achieve the management requirements, the main reason lies in the evaluation of an important link in training the training effect is relatively weak, the results of the assessment can not provide effective help to improve training quality, F company into a vicious spiral for training and training, causes the human cost ascend. How to establish scientific and reasonable training effect evaluation mechanism, so as to realize the training quality has become a problem the company’s urgent need to be solved. Under this background, the study of domestic and foreign research results of the evaluation of training effect, in-depth analysis of F company at present in the training effect evaluation aspects of the existing problems and causes, and put forward the improvement design of staff training effectiveness evaluation of F company and the implementation of security measures, the purpose is to provide a systematic, scientific guidance to employees training and training effect evaluation of F company, and hope that the sugar enterprises to give other equally confused a little inspiration in the evaluation of training effect.The system was firstly combs the related literature at home and abroad, analyze and summarize the training effect evaluation of several important models and research current situation assessment theory; followed by the interview survey of F company employee training effect, analyzing the problems and the reasons of the work mainly existed in the Kirk Patrick; again in four levels of evaluation rate model as the basic model and the Phillips investment returns, according to F company’s actual design is proposed to improve the training effect evaluation work; finally put forward the evaluation system, organization and incentive measures to guarantee the design and implementation of F company training effect.Training effect evaluation is scientific and reasonable is an important work to enhance the effectiveness of training is indispensable, in this paper, after the research on training evaluation in the F company, can provide certain theory reference and practice guidance on staff training effectiveness evaluation work for the company and the domestic similar sugar enterprise.
