Meanwhile, our industry policy seeking for the change has effect on the orient-export industry. Both of them will be the factors affected the further development of Chinese export.U.S has prepared to impose carbon tariff on some goods in the name of the proventing global climate warming.With regard of the ways of economic growth, the amount of the energy consumption, the potential trade barrier for the made in China is the carbon tariff.The last part is the resolution to address. Financial crisis can be solved depending on the short-term economic stimulation, but greenhouse effect, environment deterioration and the continuing degeneration o f ecological system caused by the consumption of carbon-base sources cannot be removed by adjusting the policy, so the economic development means must be changed in order to get away these two crises. So the development of low carbon economy is the inevitable method, which cannot be reversed. For the companies,they should establish the green logistics system to satisfy the further the demand.
