Starting from the basic theory of natural disaster emergency logistics management, the thesis elaborates the definition and characteristics of natural disaster emergency logistics, and then summarizes the basic contents of its management; According to the characteristics and classification of emergency supplies, studies the characteristics and sourcing strategy of emergency supplies procurement, proposes its procurement location model, and analyzes procurement modes, principles and operating procedures; in accordance with the main contents and characteristics of emergency supplies demand, makes analysis on the evaluation index system that affect the suppliers selection of emergency supplies procurement, establishes a multi-objective programming model, then implements corresponding solution examples, puts forward suppliers selection methods under different requirements for emergency supplies procurement.
