Research On Roll Fast-Mapping System

At present, in China's roll manufacturing industry, roller plotting is a manual operation based on AutoCAD software. In the absence of integrated technology for procedure rapid mapping, these enterprises can not effectively improve drawing efficiency, it is at a disadvantage in the industry's competition, enterprises are looking forward to further enhance the drawing efficiency.Because AutoCAD has powerful graphics capabilities, and allows the user to make a secondary development, it make more and more engineering staff to be familiar with, master and develop professional graphics design software. Mastered AutoCAD secondary development technology, we can fully tap the potential of AutoCAD, simplifying the drawing cycle, greatly improving work efficiency.The paper first analyzed the background and significance of the topic, and then researched the characteristic of roll, which is the drawing object of roll fast mapping system, established the classification method of roll, studied the interface program between AutoCAD and VC++, ObjectARX's application, and realized the method of procedure fast-mapping. On this basis, we made a research and innovation for roll fast-mapping system, According to the study method, we implemented the fast-mapping for the roll of rolling tube, solved the input of characteristic value, program drawing of roll outline, the filling of section line, size marking, tolerance and fit and so on, finally proposed the realization model of roll fast-mapping system, achieved the requirement of the project. For the Roll Rapid Mapping System, the first thing is to determine the system model. According to the specific requirements of building a mapping system, select the appropriate subsystem models. In view of this roller fast system, it can divides into two subsystems, one is core module of the roller fast plotting, mainly completes the roller's fast plotting, another is the user transferring modle, mainly completes the plotting of the whole roller mechanical drawing.Since this topic is to study how to quickly complete the subject of roller drawing, the main feature of the project is the programme fast-mapping on the AutoCAD secondary development for the roll's engineering map, therefore, it becomes particularly important for studying fast mapping method and how to realize the program fast mapping. Based on discussing the general use of AutoCAD, the paper also discusses the mapping methods and implementation strategies about how to realize it. In the process of realization , the paper needs to resolve the difficulty and innovation of concrete application.
