As a kind of ore electric heat electric furnace,the zinc refining electric furnace is heated by heat power from electrode current,its system control accuracy and the real-time is directly related to the frequency of action institutions,the consumption of graphite electrode, the loss of electricity and heat,and the products output and quality of zinc.Therefore,how to improve the control precision and real time, reduce the energy consumption and production cost become an very worth studying and important task in the industry. So this paper adopts the methods that PLC real-time PID control and configuration software through the OPC and Matlab BP neural network PID algorithm in real-time to adjust PLC PID parameters to comba Matlab algorithm processing and industrial control system.With that,this article designs and develops the zinc refining electric furnace temperature real-time online control system based on the OPC and Matlab.Based on the study of zinc refining process equipment and electric control mode,this article mainly discussed and studied is as follow:The general scheme design of electric control system of Zinc refining electric furnace,of which,the system's hardware design involves industrial computer and peripheral devices, data collection equipment,PLC controller and its extension module, transmission system hardware, as well as communications equipment connection design;System software design is by Intouch configuration process to achieve picture shows system monitoring and management,and the operation of the application and the supervision of lower computer,etc. functions,CX-Programer is used to design PLC programs of data acquisition,set parameters, state display,equipment control,PID control and so on.In order to improve the precision and real-time of the PID control, the configuration software and Matlab OPC communication mode is used to send PLC gathering data into Matlab for the BP neural network PID algorithm processing,and then get results back to the PID setting of PLC,PLC accomplish the final output control in the end. With this,the performance characteristics of PLC and Matlab is played effectively,the advanced control algorithm is no longer limited to the off-line simulation.In the end, the BP neural network PID on-line control detailed implementation steps and program code are introduced,and the actual control of the contrast effect is given from the PID control electric furnace and the BP neural network PID control electric furnace,and then the real time performance is analysed and researched,the advantages and disadvantages of the control are summed up.In this paper,the zinc refining electric furnace temperature real-time on-line control system is for background on zinc refining electric furnace in Chi Hong zinc ge company Hui Ze central factory,it makes the online Matlab advanced control algorithm apply to the control of zinc smelting successfully.It saves energy and reduces consumption and production cost,and has certain practical value.
