Now in China the most cited concern about the environmental problem is increasingly serious haze problem,especially in the north of the winter.Because many of the northern parts of people use coal-fired boiler heating.In particular,the residents of the rural use the coal-fired boilers for heating.So now we should continue to decrease the intensity of coal fired boiler,and gradually switch to electric boiler.And the temperature control is the core part of the electric boiler,the good temperature control system can make the electric boiler use more energy saving,more safe,more environmental protection.The temperature control of the electric heating boiler is influnced by the object,the environment and many other factors,often have a large time lag and strong interference.The traditional control methods,such as PID control method,it is difficult to get a good control effect.So for this kind of electric boiler developed out a cheap and good temperature automatic control system is a subject with great practical significance.In this dissertation,the characteristics of the control function of the system are analyzed,and the control object is analyzed,and the concrete design technical index is given.The current temperature control system is commonly used in PID control,and other control algorithms,and their simulation studies,we can know that they control the effect is not very ideal.Because they are single closed-loop control,this paper constructs a double closed loop integral separation PID control of the electric furnace temperature automatic adjustment control algorithm,and the hardware composition and design,control algorithm and software implementation of the control system are analyzed in detail.In hardware design,the circuit design of each module of the hardware system is given,and the principle of the circuit is discussed.The system takes the STM32F103 as the main control chip,the paper introduces the temperature measurement and control and the liquid level measurement and control as well as the design of the key input and liquid crystal display.Ethernet controller 8019 AS is used to realize the monitoring and control of the temperature control system of the electric boiler.In addition,the paper also on the water shortage protection circuit,leakage detection circuit,alarm circuit and other peripheral circuits for functional analysis and circuit design.In software design,the output control module,temperature detection module,integral separation PID control algorithm,sampling module,key input and liquid crystal display module,such as the application of the development of the design,and the development and design of the upper computer platform is carried out.In this dissertation,with the help of MATLAB tool,the conventional PID control,double integral separation PID closed-loop control carry out simulation and analysis.Compared with the experimental results,it is indicated that the double closed loop integral separation PID can achieve the required control stability,short time and small overshoot.So the double loop integral separation PID is an ideal intelligent electric boiler temperature control scheme.
