Design And Implementation Of Task Plan Module In China Telecom E-Operation System

As the main components of the enterprise operation and management, operation maintenance and management is one of the most important production and management activities of telecom operators. The construction of operation management system will have a direct impact on the overall cost carriers, management standards and service levels.The telecom operation management has the characteristics of complexity, independence, relevance, and dynamic. With the rapid development of digital telecommunications network and all kinds of new business and new equipment were introduced into this area, the telecommunication sectors are in dire need of introduction of new management maintenance measures to improve telecommunications services and safeguard the quality and level of management. Whereas these demand, we developed the China Telecom e-Operation System, the main function of the system is to command, schedule, and manage the telecommunications business daily work.Refer to the northern division of China Telecom Networks Operation Support System technical specifications process, this paper gives the framework of China Telecom e-Operation System. Accordance with the needs analysis, the outline design, detailed design, and coding steps, I designed and implemented the task plan module. The realization of this module changed the previous staff through EXCEL, WORD, and other ways to assign task plan. The module provides a convenient tool for the implementation of the task plan, thus achieving real electronic implementation of the task plan. Task scheduling module plays the role of prevention and reduction of the failure, mainly including the pending task plan module, task plan template management module, task distribution module, inquiry of task plan, inquiry of task plan statistics, inquiry of the man at the wheel etc. This paper especially focused on the detailed design of the modules and background Java Bean, which also designed the test case for each module. After the trial of the operation, the system achieved good results and raised the management efficiency of the operation system.
