Marxism Journalism Contemporary Interpretation

The Marxist view of journalism is an important part of Marxist ideological theory. In2002, the central government clearly stated that the "three learning and education activities" which included the education of the Marxist view of journalism would be carried out among national journalists. The Marxist view of journalism is viewed as the guiding ideology and the moral code of the national journalists.The formation of the Marxist view of journalism is not accomplished in an action, it is the brilliance of intelligence of generations of Marxist. The correctness of Marxist view of journalism is constantly verified by the practice of news propaganda for many years. Especially in the social background of the deepening of economic structural reform and the increasing of informatization level, news propaganda industry is facing some new problems with its continual development, which need the Marxist view of journalism to guide and regulate the thoughts and actions of journalists, so that our news propaganda industry can develop healthy and play a positive role in the construction of ideology, and that we have a good public opinion atmosphere for reform, development and the socialist modernization.In this paper, by analyzing the development vein and the theoretical points of the Marxist view of journalism, how our news propaganda field made continuously new achievements under the guidance of the Marxist view of journalism is demonstrated, the guiding significance of the Marxist view of journalism for our news propaganda work at the present stage is analyzed, and how to enrich, develop and guide our news propaganda work in the information era is presented.In the first part of this paper, the theoretical basis of the Marxist view of journalism and the research plan are illustrated.
