The rapid development of network new media technology has changed the media form,expanded the space of public opinion,promoted the expression of intention,and brought revolutionary changes to the traditional pattern of public opinion and communication theory.Under the new environment of public opinion,how to guide and manage the network public opinion has become an important content for the party and the government to govern the country,enhance the ruling ability and the ruling level,Marxist view of journalism,as an organic component of Marxist theory system,its scientific theoretical connotation,correct value orientation and inherent quality of keeping pace with the times decide that it cannot only be the theoretical basis of the traditional mainstream media's news public opinion activity,but also have important guiding significance to the public opinion management under the network new media environment.This dissertation,taking the Marxist view of journalism as the theoretical foundation,using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis,interdisciplinary research and systematic research comprehensively,studies the connotation of Marxist view of journalism,the problems and causes of network public opinion management,and the inner connection,the guiding principle,the basic strategy as well as the basic method of the management on network public opinion by Marxist view of journalism.The first chapter mainly summarizes the Marxist view of journalism.In the dimensions of practice and theory,this part outlines the basic course of Marxist view of journalism from its establishment,development to sinicization,next expounds the basic theories of Marxist view of journalism:viewpoints of freedom,truth,party spirit,supervision,benefit and talent,then analyzes the historical position and realistic implication of Marxist view of journalism which provides basic theoretical foundation for the management of network public opinion.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of network public opinion management in China.With the development of network society and the application of new media technology,network public opinion has become the main form to stir up the current order of Internet in our country.Therefore,the analysis of the current situation of network public opinion and its management becomes the basic starting point and foothold of this thesis.The first section of this chapter contains two parts.First of all,several different points of view on the connotation of the network public opinion in the current academic circle have been made clear.The definition of the network public opinion is further cleared by comparing the similarities and differences between network public opinion and social public opinion.Then the elements of the network public opinion have been analyzed one by one,which provides a research premise to explore the network public opinion Management.Secondly,it makes clear the connotation and definition of network public opinion management in our country,and analyzes the realistic conditions and results of the current network public opinion management in our country by the reality of network public opinion management in our country.The second section of this chapter focuses on the existing problems and causes of network public opinion management in China.The author analyzes the existing problems of the network public opinion management from six aspects:the subject,mode,system,object,mechanism and environment.The causes of the existing problems have been analyzed from subject and object of the network public opinion management.It is found that the main reasons influencing the subject of management are:deviation of management concept,lack of managerial talents and weakening of media credibility;The main reasons influencing the object are as follows:the enhancement of the freedom of public opinion,the dividing of the discourse system of public opinion,the new characteristics of the information dissemination and the conflict of pluralistic value culture.The third chapter to the sixth chapter constitute the main body of this dissertation.These parts elaborates the basic foundation,the inevitable logic,the basic position and the key power of the management of the network public opinion from the perspectives of the five viewpoints of freedom,truth,party spirit,talent and benefit of Marxist journalism.Combining the basic theory of Marxist view of Journalism with the concrete practice of current network public opinion management,this dissertation demonstrates the necessity,possibility and feasibility of guiding the current network public opinion management by the Marxist view of journalism.The third chapter analyzes the content of Marxist theory of press freedom as the basis of guiding the network public opinion management.The view of press freedom is the core and foundation of Marxist journalism theory,and it is the ideological viewpoint about the freedom of news,speech and publishing developed by the proletariat in the struggle against the censorship system of books and newspapers made by bourgeois.Marxist theory of press freedom points out:freedom of the press is the basis of all freedom and rights;it is the important content of citizen's social rights;it is also the main form of subjects' free communication;it is a legal freedom,and also a social public device to carry out public opinion supervision.Therefore,the Marxist theory of press freedom as the basic guidance provides bountiful theoretical and practical guidance in managing network public opinion.It confirms the free expression power of the subjects,clarifies the free expression limit of the subjects,emphasizes the important function of the supervision of the public opinion,and constructs the common rational spirit of the subjects.The fourth chapter discusses network public opinion management from the view of Marxist view of truth in journalism.Truth is the life of news,but the authenticity of news is influenced by many factors,such as the value judgment of journalists,political tendency,subjective cognition and the limitation of objective condition,etc.,which also determines that the truth of news has the following characteristics:reproducibility,limitation,wholeness,process and immediacy.In view of this,the author,starting from the basic elements of public opinion communication,combing with the concrete contents and characteristics of Marxist view of news truth,believes that true source of the information is the logical premise of the network public opinion management,the cognition truth of the audience is the logical orientation of the network opinion management,and the filtering of the media is the logical key of the network opinion management,the real atmosphere of communication environment is the logic requirement of network public opinion management.The fifth chapter begins with the relationship between the party spirit and sociality,authenticity and freedom of the news,probes into the connotation of Marxist view of the party spirit,and proves the unity of the party spirit and the people's character of Marxist view of journalism.Combining with the concrete connotation and requirements of Marxist view of news party spirit,the author has established seven principles of how Marxist view of news party spirit guides the management of network public opinion,such as overall service,positive guidance,seeking truth from facts,innovating ways and so on.The author also elaborates on how Marxist view of news party spirit guides thinking transformation of the network public opinion management,the standard of management content,and the adjustment of management strategy.The sixth chapter systematically combs the basic contents of Marxist view of news talent,summarizes the main character and social function of Marxist news public opinion workers,and clarifies the basic reliance power and basic gripper of the management of network public opinion.Under the network environment,Marxist news public opinion workers have expanded the social functions of information service and supervision,cultural inheritance and guidance,social aggregation and stability,media management and integration,and have become the key force to determine the success or failure of the network opinion management.In this regard,the author explores the way to exert the main role of the public opinion management from the aspects of creating the environment of positive opinion,exerting positive effect,leading the value orientation of the subject,promoting the rational expression of speech and promoting the comprehensive integration of media.The seventh chapter analyses the topic from the angle of methodology.The Marxist view of journalism not only provides scientific theoretical basis for the management of network public opinion,but also provides effective method support for specific management activities.It explores from principles,strategies and methods,with the aim of providing some references and thinking for the effective management of the network public opinion.The last part is the conclusion of this dissertation.Based on the previous study,this part summarizes and reviews the main line of "why manage","what to manage "and " how to manage",and further clarifies the necessity,possibility and practicability of Marxist view of journalism to guide network public opinion management,which also echoes the main thrust of the thesis.At the same time,the dissertation also points out the shortcomings of the research and indicates the direction of subsequent research.
