In order to solve the focus and difficult issues of prevention and treatment of coal mine dust, the mine intelligent pneumatic water jet dust removal equipment is researched. The promotion and application of the device can effectively reduce the concentration of coal mine dust and have a certain role in promoting of controlling the incidence of coal workers pneumoconiosis and improving the operating environment of the coal mine workers.The design basis of the mine intelligent pneumatic water jet dust removal equipment mainly include the security features of the air motor and the capture dust mechanism of high-pressure atomized jet. The working principle of the equipment is that, firstly controlling the switching of the wind pipe based on the dust concentration in workplace detected by dust concentration sensor. When the duct switch is turned on, the compressed air in the wind pipe (0.5-0.6MPa) will drive air motor work, then the air motor drive high pressure piston pump, the low-pressure water flowing through the high pressure piston pump turned into high-pressure water, then through the spiral vortex nozzle, forming atomized jet.The specific research work of this paper including:1. On the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of water jet catch dust, determined atomized droplets particle size is a key factor to capture breathing dust particles, and then identify the jet pressure that can get the optimum droplet size.2. The main components of motor, high pressure piston pump, controller, atomizing nozzle are selected and designed, according to the design proposal and working principle of the equipment, determine the best parameter matching relations. Equipment, including the base, weight, and coupling is assembled and produced, based on the three-dimensional model.3. In order to obtain and analyze the soft characteristics of the air motor, the matching relations between air motor and high-pressure piston pump, the jet atomization effect and the effect of dust of prototype is experimental studied.The experimental results show that, application of equipment can not only improve the water jet pressure and atomization, improve the efficiency of the capture coal mine breathing dust particles. And will play a very important role in the comprehensive management of coal mine dust. It is a safe, efficient, energy saving, easy to use, low-cost mining dust suppression equipment.Figure [54] table [17] reference [49]...
