In the furniture production workshop, the saw dust causes great harm to the environment and the health of workers, and the plant is brought potential safety problems and easily caused fires. It is one of the three major hazards in furniture manufacturing enterprises. The saw dust is accumulated in the plant so that the workers can not work and the production can not be smooth, reduced productivity and increased production costs. Pneumatic dedusting system has changed this situation, it also brings new problems. At present, the domestic furniture manufacturers select generally the fan for the pneumatic dedusting system according to the Maximize of the furniture workshop allocation.the selected fan run always to maximize, resulting in massive waste of energy. How to control fan speed according to the amount of the saw dust in the tubes and lower power consumption has become the one of keys in the pneumatic dedusting system of the furniture industry.This paper aimes at this situation of the furniture workshop, and designs a Fuzzy PID Control System based on the PLC VVVF. The control system adopts the fuzzy PID control methods based on the PLC, and adjust fan speed through the inverter to lower the power consumption of the pneumatic dedusting system. In order to achieve control purposes, the paper design the control system hardware device and construct the control platform; it also programs a ladder diagram programming for the PLC with CX-program software to control the basic hardware of the system;At the same time, the upper monitor of this control system selected Kingview software to collecte, recorde and feedback the on-site data, and Specifically makes the main interface of the monitoring, the real-time trend curves interface, alarm and events screen interface and real-time data report interface, etc.In addition, the paper designs the fuzzy PID controller and uses the method of the fuzzy inference to set PID parameter in Real time, which makes static and dynamic performance more ideal for the control process;Finally, it uses the fuzzy tool kit of the MATLAB software to simulate and verify the fuzzy PID control systems, and uses C language to program the independent algorithm process unit, which makes the conversion of the controller output and the transducer input and is convenient for their future updates and upgrades.
