| With the rise of the Chinese economy, the competition in market of ship building industry become more and more intense between China and foreign countries, efforts to improve the quality of marine products, speed up product design and development, shorten the construction cycle are huge problems faced by the shipbuilding industry at all times. despite the shipbuilding industry in infrastructure, manufacturing equipment and rapid development of other hardware conditions in China recent years, narrowing the gap with the international advanced shipbuilding enterprises, but the degree of information technology and management efficiency still in a backward state, this situation seriously affected the Chinese core competitiveness and the sustainable development. Therefore seeking a more scientific, more efficient and more intelligent design methods or a new design platform has become the key to victory in the competition.Accompanied by the rapid rise and development of the shipbuilding industry, various kinds of professional ship design software have been used widely and rapidly developed, such as AutoCAD, TRIBON, CADDS5, NAPA has become the core tools of shipbuilding companies, especially the sudden emergence of FORAN, because of its high efficiency and high quality, FORAN system has become the representative of all professional software. On the basis of FORAN system, the importance and application status of FBUILDS production design model was detail discussed in this thesis, and summed up the main problems that existed in the using of FBUILDS localization process. This paper aims to improve the quality and efficiency of ship design, through the secondary development to achieving building strategy massively definition and generating drawings in proportion based on FDE integrated development environment.This thesis firstly introduced all function models and application of FORAN system, next described the important status and role of FBUILDS model in all ship design progress, and summed up the theory of drawings with Templates. Lastly, on the basis of the FDE platform and Oracle database completed the secondary development of FBUILDS, achieving the goals to generating drawings in correct proportion and automatically completed definition of the building strategy nodes massively. In the final part of this thesis, using instance model to verify the results of secondary development work, and widely adopt this research on other ship design project, improve the efficiency and quality of ship design. |
