At present,China's smart phones have been widely popularized,and the smartphone user market has been basically saturated,and the market has limited room for growth.Judging from the competitive landscape of smartphone brands,Samsung,Apple,Huawei,OPPO,vivo and Xiaomi have been competing for more than 80%of the market share.Before the arrival of 5G,mobile phone manufacturers have taken precautions and started to deploy.Qualcomm,Samsung,Apple,Huawei and other industry giants are also eager to try.Artificial intelligence technology promotes smart phones to become mobile terminals,and can easily access various types of intelligent terminal devices and platforms.Based on the IoT platform,the new segment of the industry will be formed without breaking,and will become a new battlefield for industry competition.This paper first analyzes the development status of H Group from the perspectives of development environment and resource capacity,and finds that H Group has room for improvement in business planning,resource planning and brand planning.Afterwards,the strategic layout,overall objectives and development context were analyzed.It is suggested that H Group should make full use of the manufacturing advantages and scale advantages in the supply chain,and differentiate its competition from product,marketing and resources to consolidate and enhance the competitive position of the mobile phone market.Entering new markets with cross-border mergers and acquisitions,cultivating new profit growth points in the smart terminal market,forming a dual drive for product R&D and technological innovation;creating brand value-added products by prioritizing brand building,creating a cost-effective product experience,Create an international brand.Accordingly,H Group should consolidate and expand the mobile phone OEM/ODM business,and realize the breakthrough of the enterprise from a single mobile phone brand to an intelligent terminal internationalized brand through the implementation of differentiated strategy,cross-border M&A strategy and brand strategy.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,draws on the successful practice of domestic enterprises,and combines the strategic layout and overall objectives to select a matching development strategy,which can achieve the simultaneous improvement of the core competitiveness and market performance of H Group,and is a similar enterprise in the industry.Provide innovative development samples to provide typical examples of cross-border research for related industries.
