In China, the level of bio-pharmeceutical research has improved continuously, it hasdeveloped rapidly in the field of bio-pharmeceutical industry in recent years, but lots ofscientific research can not be transformed into real productivity, Some researches are out ofthe actual needs of production in the start of research and development. On the other hand, theproduction of bio-pharmaceutical companies is lack of supports of relevant research andtechnology. One of the reasons for this situation is that there is no effective and timelyexchange of information between a biopharmaceutical research institutes andbiopharmaceutical companies, and no mechanism to coordinate the relationship betweenresearch and production.In this thesis, we make a specific analysis of technologies and development tools used inthe process of the network service center for transform of bio-pharmaceutical scientificresearch on the basis of summary of websites of domestic and internationalbiopharmaceuticals. And we proposed to develop the network service center system fortransformation of biopharmaceutical scientific research by using the PHP programminglanguage, Apache server, MySQL database, and B/s, architecture, Mvc mode tools.Network service center for transformation of scientific research achievements in the fieldof bio-pharmaceuticals is a network system services for the transformation ofbio-pharmaceuticals scientific research achievements. This system is convenient to dealscientific research achievements through the network among scientific research units, researchworkers and bio-pharmaceuticals enterprises engaged in bio-pharmaceuticals, and acts as anintermediary of payment, logistics, security authentication and security services for the peoplewho do on-line trade. The platform can enhance the communication of information betweendevelopers and users, promote the contact between biopharmaceutical research and actualneeds, and then improve the conversion rate of the bio-pharmaceutical scientific researches.
