With the development of modern industrial production,transportation and urbanconstruction,noise has become the fourth largest after the water pollution,air pollution,solidwaste pollution environmental hazards. Its main sources are: industrial noise,traffic noise,construction site noise and social noise. The development of environmental noise monitoringsystem has become China attaches great importance to the problem,but the current monitoringsystem is being put to use there are always a lot of shortcomings,such as cost,longdevelopment cycl,more complex operations,stability is not good.In order to real-time monitor urban environmental noise,Propose three level managementmodels consisting of monitoring center,monitoring platform and monitoring node,Thusbuilding a distributed real-time automatic noise monitoring system based on this model.Support by LabVIEW software platform,The second level monitoring platform and the thirdlevel monitoring nodes communication use of shared variables mode.First level monitoringcenter and second level monitoring platforms using TCP network communication. Achievingnoise detection technologies,virtual instrumentation and network communication technologyorganic integrate.Through experimental testing,the system can achieve normal networkcommunications and data transmission in real time.This system has many advantagescompared to other ambient noise in the network monitoring system,the first,relativelyindependent of each link in the system,a failure to affect only their own work status and otherlevels of communication,not three anyresulting in paralysis of the entire system. Thus,systemexpansion and easy. Second,the design of the three management model makes each class ofdata processing and storage capacity is relatively balanced.Third,the program developmentprocess using LabVIEW platform and the city's existing network resources and hardwarefacilities,compared with other network monitoring systems,with a short developmentcycle,low operation and maintenance costs,simple operation such advantages.Practicalsignificance of this system is networked real-time monitoring of environmental noise.
