The opening degree and the loading of cable hoist system are important parameters for the safety of the dam, and monitoring both of them can provide the support and reference of data for the rational use of water resources and accurate scheduling. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to research the opening degree and the loading of cable hoist system, while the current opening load exist incorrect data, low control precision, especially cannot for the data analysis later and so on, because of the method of measuring instrument, our laboratory prophase development of JK control system our laboratory prophase development of JK control system to load and the opening of the signals acquisition equipment are in the system of the cooperative work, and only for the data collection in specific sluice gate system. For a widely collection signals of the opening degree and the loading in cable hoist system, furthermore, for the signal's deeply analysis, this paper designed the signal acquisition of the opening degree and the loading of cable hoist system based on microcontroller STC12C5A60S2.The opening degree and the loading of cable hoist system signals synchronous acquisition system is mainly for the acquisition, processing and storage of the opening degree and the loading of cable hoist, and convenient for the data analysis using computer later. In the hardware, it mainly composed by STC12C5A60S2microcontroller unit circuit, a SSI angle rotary encoder input signal interface circuit, three pressure sensor input signals interface circuit, high-capacity SD card memory unit circuit, the keyboard control unit circuit,state indication unit circuit, the USB communication unit circuit, calendar clock circuit unit and multi-power supply unit circuit. Firstly, three analog signal from the pressure transmitter are sent to a current/voltage conversion device to convert it to the voltage;and synchronous acquisition a signal from the angle encoder. Then send the three signals to the three separate high-speed A/D converter I/O port of microcontroller, and then stored the processed data of the opening degree and the loading of cable hoist system into the SD card memory as a FAT32file format. On the one hand, the system can communicate with personal PC via USB communication unit circuit; on the other hand, the SD card memory with the acquisition data can be inserted directly into the card-reader, and then the personal PC can read or write the file convenient, only with a conventional text editor for the data accessing. The system can easily send the collection data in the SD card to the personal PC, after stored the data, we can also erase the data in SD card, via the USB interface controller FT232BM. In the single-chip microcomputer software programming, it used structured programming methods to complete the initialization of each module in the single-chip microcomputer system. So that it can work properly, and focus on optimizing the LCD module display algorithm.Welding assembly and debugging of their printed circuits, and achieve the intended function, the system overall small volume, light weight, easy to carry, stable work, meet the requests of the opening degree and the loading of cable hoist system.
