The Application Of Active Directory In E-Government

With the development of information technology, E-Gov is developing more and more quickly. Electronic government operation with E-Gov as a core, a systematic project, is a critical way to push the national economy forward. As well, it is one of the important aspect in national information. Although our governmental standard of informatization, popularized by lots of departments of government, has made quiet great progress, there are also many questions that need settling urgently, for example, information construction without whole programming, existent system with over many isolated subsystems, the user is too many, Therefore, appear how to solve the problem of safety in governmental information construction and efficiency in unitive management of personnel and authorization management.The Active Directory(AD) is a new style of catalogue management for Windows Operating system. It is a kind of catalogue framework with layers ,tree form , expandability and flexibility . It stores information from network objects so that the administrators and users could deal with catalogue information with great convenience. On the other hand, development of distributed technology creates WebServices technology that can be used to construct loosely coupled distributed system. A series interrelated Web Services technology including SOAP for transferring services, WSDL for services description and UDDI for services discovery integration and so on.Considering the problem of safety in governmental information construction and efficiency in unitive management of personnel and authorization management in E-Government, this article provides detailed Active Directory Management Platform solution on the basis of Microsoft active directory and release with WebServices.
