This article used the sub-item operational method to compose thestructural element the material to carry on the price budget separately, finallycarried on to them compiles, obtains the structural element overall price, so thecomplex analysis, the computation work can be completed with the computerprograms, not only can reduce arbitrary and sexual fluctuations caused byhuman factors, and can guarantee the accuracy of budget price.In this paper the methods of home and abroad now offered and thedevelopment of computer aided price software budget have been summarized,and summarize the commonly used structure price budget methods, andproposes a new method of steel structure price budget. This paper analyzed theprice formation of the steel structures, and for each item form; this paperanalyzed the price budget methods, and set up the steel structure model of theprice budget system, and realized the data connection between the VB.NET andAccess, and solved the problems of the interface between the AutoCAD andVB.NET. In this paper, with Visual Basic.NET, Access2000as developmenttools, combined with AutoCAD2004, using the principle of price breakdownbudget, combined with the second development technology, studied thedevelopment of the steel structure price budget software system, and set up therelevant databases, this can basically achieve related information databasemanagement of the steel structure price budget system, and make the databasemaintenance more simple and convenient.
