A Study On Ubiquitous Library Knowledge Service Of Applied Educational Alliance

Nowadays high technology and R&D became the driven force for the whole society.High-tech and huge change of the production require both more applied talents and the betterapplied education. Applied education alliance is a reaching some education league whichusually contained schools, enterprises, institutions, guilds government, industry associations,research institute, social organizations and non-profit organizations. This complex alliancemakes education close to social demands following with the high technology and cutting-edgeknowledge. In addition, it allows to provide more qualified graduates and create more valueon a basis of knowledge. Furthermore, education of this kind of alliance can synchronize withthe development of modern science technology, economy and society. The sharing andtransfer of knowledge is an important part of the construction and development of appliededucational alliance. The action subject of applied educational alliance have differentcharacteristics and positions, therefore the sharing and transfer of knowledge is difficult. Withthe development of modern technology and ubiquitous network, knowledge sharing andknowledge transfer can be achieved in anywhere and anytime between the members ofapplied educational alliance. The concept of ubiquitous library and ubiquitous learning canpromote the development of applied educational alliance.This paper discusses the characteristics, connotation, mode and the realistic foundationof ubiquitous library knowledge service. Ubiquitous library, ubiquitous knowledge service inubiquitous network are the best solution about the knowledge sharing and knowledge transferin applied educational alliance. Difficulties existed in the process of the construction andpractice of ubiquitous library knowledge service. Applied educational alliance can be practicebase for ubiquitous library knowledge service to solve the problems. The combination ofubiquitous library and the applied educational alliance are mutual benefit for both side.The knowledge service in ubiquitous library of applied educational alliance is anintegrated system which is consisted of knowledge service consumers, knowledge serviceprovider，knowledge service platform and knowledge database. The knowledge service inubiquitous library of applied educational alliance may progress in different level and have the ability of self-evolution principles. The principle from the perspective of service and theperspective knowledge organization may provide guidance to the ubiquitous libraryknowledge services. The researcher built the knowledge service mode and predict thedevelopment trend of ubiquitous library.This paper analyzed the representative knowledge service platform in ubiquitous libraryof applied educational alliance and construction process. According to the actual situations ofteacher education of vocational education alliance, the paper analyzed and expounded thegeneral frames, function, and effect of knowledge service platform in order to provide thepractical reference of the construction about knowledge service platform in ubiquitous libraryof applied educational alliance.The innovations of this study include:1. How to improve the education alliance core competence inknowledge economy society was also discussed in this paper.2. Based on the theories of educational alliance and ubiquitous library, the researcherdiscussed the connotation and composition of ubiquitous library, and constructed of the modelof ubiquitous library knowledge service of applied educational alliance. It improve the systemof theoretical of library knowledge service and open up a new research perspective ofubiquitous library knowledge service.3. In order to give some advice of the practices about ubiquitous library knowledgeservice, the study put forward the construction principles of ubiquitous library in applicationeducation alliance from a perspective of service and knowledge organization.
