At present,information-based e-commerce into the daily lives of people take it to the people's life an unexpected convenience and fast. The logistics distribution as an important part of e-commerce which is lagging behind its development.The traditional E-commerce platform for logistics distribution is non-visual,low efficiency,low corporate earnings and other disadvantages, this article propose the distribution system which based on WebGIS technology,the whole process of transporting the goods were presented in the GIS To enterprises and users in the form of visualize and can bring the greatest ease and rapidity. to the people who use this.This article use WebGIS technology to optimize delivery routes, mainly to solve the multi-point distribution of shortest path.This article describes the paper's background and significance,explained WebGIS technology and logistics issues related to the status of research at home and abroad. It analysis the spatial data model comprehensively,research the spatial data stored in the storage mode and method,combining the characteristics of issues raised by PostgreSQL and PostGIS spatial database to store spatial data on the program.Improving the traditional shortest path algorithm. in the traditional Floyd algorithm based on the combination of genetic algorithm and tabu search algorithm based on the urban road network of the multi-point distribution of the shortest path problem.Based on the above analysis and research,use GeoServer as a map server, OpenLayers for the client, uDig as map rendering tools, the presentation of the map is completed ultimately,thus completing the system design.
