Now our country agriculture is developing in the direction of the digital agriculture, a new type of intensive and agricultural informatization,compared with traditional agriculture. Greenhouse environment monitoring system has a very important meaning of greenhouse agricultural production and digital agirculture development.Aim at the requirements of the greenhouse environment monitoring, provided system overall design framework, analysed the system and divided detailed function module, mainly including:power module, main-control chip, image acquisition module, wireless data-transmission module, sensor group and so on. On the choice of CPU,given the choice of detailed scheme, decided ARM7system; analyzed wireless data-transmission method,selected GPRS module to realize it.Through the analysis of image collect-compress module function, gived the function structure, studied relevant technology in-depth, especially the image compression technology. Compared CMOS and CCD sensor to use CMOS image sensor; selected the ZR36060chip circuit to realize JPEG image compression steps and given the collect-compress circuit principle diagram.According to the characteristics of data-transmission in greenhouse environment monitoring system, gived the GPRS wireless data-transmission application framework in this system; Analyzed the GPRS wireless data-transmission protocols,TCP and UDP; selected BenQ M22module to relized it, given the circuit principle diagram and discussed How to realize the M22embedded TCP/IP protocol.Designed interface circuit for MCU, mainly including: power-supply circuit of sensor, A/D conversion circuit and the CAN bus and RS485bus interface circuit. Configurated the above interface circuit, and given the above principle diagram.Used the response and timing mode overall thought of wireless data transmission, designed the various software function module, including the data acquisition, data-compression, and data-transmission to software modules.The implementation of the system laid a solid practice foundation for remote monitoring system in greenhouse agricultural research and application.
