Abstract/Summary:
Existing greenhouse monitoring mostly use the cable communication mode, although owning some advantages such as good man-machine interactive control, good signal stability and so on, it exists difference of flexibility, wiring complex, high cost and inconvenient maintenance, etc. ZigBee wireless transmission technology can realize wireless two-way transmission of data information, leaving out the trouble of wiring, and ZigBee network is efficient, fast and simple. But the wireless sensor network WSN based on ZigBee technology has certain limitations, because they have a short transmission distance, especially in the more complex of the greenhouse environment using WSN has a greater influence on the transmission of data information, and does’ t realize distance and reliable transmission of data information, so it needs other network technology for its development. General packet radio service GPRS has a reasonable network mode, strong data error correction ability and reliable data transmission mechanism etc., is a way of communication for long distance transmission, combining with flexible ZigBee network, forming a kind use of WSN network data transmission, in the PLAN within the WLAN using GPRS network data transmission network structure. Solving the problem that the system could not come ture long distance transmission, so as to realize the remote monitoring and management of the greenhouse environment, has a broad application prospect.By the fusion of ZigBee and GPRS technology realizes the greenhouse environment temperature, humidity and light data real-time wireless monitoring, etc. Greenhouse environment monitoring system is mainly composed of WSN node module, the coordinator of module, GPRS module and PC monitoring software. WSN nodes is mainly composed of temperature and humidity sensor SHT10 and photosensitive resistance P9003, is mainly responsible for collecting interest area of temperature, humidity and light data information and forwarding its node data; Coordinator modules coordinate the various functional nodes of WSN network for setting up networking, receiving and processing WSN nodes in WSN network transmission of data information, and transmitte them to the PC monitoring center through GPRS network. Communication modules include ZigBee wireless communication module and GPRS module, which consists of rf MCU, the on-chip system CC2530 solution, 2.4 GHz carrier frequency, rod antenna. GPRS module adopts W801 G module of COMWAY company, to realize the data remote transmission. System software design includes the node program and PC monitoring center interface, and node procedures includes program coordinator node and sensor node, using the TI company Zstack protocol stack, in the IAR Embedded Workbench development environment uses C language to achieve it. PC monitoring center interface program in Visual Studio 2005 development environment uses c + + implementation to realize the data real-time display, real-timely for the user to understand the status of the greenhouse environment and provides the convenience for the management of the greenhouse so as to realize the remote monitoring of the greenhouse environment.
