Since the1990s, China's TV technology in all respects make breakthrough in TV variety show. As animportant form of television programs, TV variety show attracks more and more attention from all walks oflife. It combines a variety of art forms and absorbs their essence, which makes it gradually recognized bythe audience and becomes an indispensable form enjoyed by the audience in their spare time. The rise ofhost group in a television variety show promotes the show content performed better. The core content ofthis paper is how to apply better the host group to a television variety show and make the structure of thegroup build a harmonious structure.The host group, from the literal meaning, we can understand it as a group combined by a number ofshow hosts who participate in the same program. The earliest period of the formation of this concept can betraced back to "square and large varity show", a large comprehensive intelligence TV program founded inthe1990s by the CCTV.
