Recently, people proposed new requirements for the development and popularization ofIT on the work of government agencies and enterprises. The continuous development of officeautomation system has been the key to solve the problems of enterprises and institutions. As agovernment spokesperson and the delivery of information, radio and television industry makea role to changes the orientation of public opinion. So, broadcasting cooperative office systemmust have a reasonable monitoring system and management system to achieve the security ofconfidential information, besides it should build a clear responsibility system and a strictaccess management. The difficulty of working in radio and television lies in the hardship inmanagement, coordination between departments is always expected more.The purpose of the system development is to improve business and increase thecompetitiveness of enterprises. The development is based on a in-depth understanding of thebusiness, as well as in-depth experience on the coordination office, which is mainly reflectedfrom the group collaboration to complete the basic requirements of information interaction.Through a detailed requirement analysis, we divided the whole system into severalmodules, then we carried out a detailed design at all levels of the entire system using theMVC design pattern. Broadcasting cooperative office system is based on B/S structure,consisting of nine functional modules. It is divided into a4levels, including View, Controller,Service and DAO. Using Spring to connect each layer to achieve "high cohesion, lowcoupling". View is responsible for interaction with the user, which is the front page in thissystem. Service is to complete the processing of matters. DAO is to complete databaseinteraction. Controller is responsible for the overall regulation. The benefit of using a layeredis to achieve the separation of work and to improve code reuse.We finished the system through the understanding of the development trend of officeautomation as well as understanding of the broadcasting industry. We use J2EE and Spring to build a whole system framework, use jQuery and AJAX to complete page design, completeinteraction with the database using iBATIS. We Completed the initial implementation ofbroadcasting system based on B/S, and reached the overall implementation by debuggingand testing the system finally.This article discusses the system design and implementation process. We also discussesthe WEB system design based on the MVC pattern, and use Spring to divide the system intolevels. Then we discuss the design and implementation of each level. At last, we analyse theintegration and applications between various technologies, then we complete the design andthe implementation of the B/S structure collaborative office systems using Java language.
